Week One Change
Change can be positive or negative. Give an example of a positive change and then a negative change from your book. What impact did this change have on the life of the character? A change from the book is that she lost her arm and now has to live her life with only one arm. this can have a positive effect on her life because she will have to figure out how to do everything with one arm.It has a negative effect on her life because it can be very difficult to do many things like surfing again!

ReplyDeleteOne posotive change is Bethany's friends still except her for who she is. A negative change is that everything is completely different like it's hard for her to get dressed and get something to eat. Another posotive change is that she can still surf.

One posistive change of the book is that her family and friends still love her for who she is. Also, another one is that she can still surf, not very good because andi can surf better! haha just kidding...And a negative change is that people look at her differently, and she can't do certain things anymore.

it is negative because she lost an arm and she loves surfing and doesnt think she can surf again.(but she can). a positive is she still wants to surf and she was happy everyone is there for her... ~abby k.
